After several months of online interviews with a couple dozen (or even more) of programmers from India, Afghanistan, Germany, and several ex-USSR countries, I finally found someone that seemed capable, serious, trustable and compromised to do the job at a good price and also agreed to maintain a long term relationship for future upgrades, etc...

The communication problems we where having have just been solved, Soeren will send the money ASAP, so we can start right away.

As I told the programmer to take other jobs because I didn´t know the exact date he will start with our developement. He usually works on 2 or even 3 projects at a time, so we will have our time in a few ticks.
